Each of our staff members is thoroughly trained in the Heart-Centered Gestalt theory. The practice of this theory introduces awareness into the client's life process, thus leading to choice and change.

Our trained staff offers one hour individual therapy sessions and counseling for emotional issues, anger, grief, phobias, addiction, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and major life changes. Group therapy is also available in two hour evening sessions every other week for men and women wishing to better comprehend the differences and similarities of each other.

Workshops are held monthly and are open to anyone who is interested in personal growth, expanding their understanding of themselves and others on a basic human level, as well as a development of their spiritual self. Past topics have included, "Conscious Living", "Love From The Inside Out", "The Courage To Heal Ourselves", and "Daring To Be All of Me".

A one year professional training program in Heart-Centered Gestalt Therapy is offered each September to health care professionals, mental health professionals, teachers, doctors, nurses, human services workers and all those working holistically with clientele, who wish to incorporate this therapy in their work. This training will benefit your personal life with others and your career.
